As association managers for over 30 years, we are profoundly supportive of the important role of professional associations.  Not only do they provide a platform for education and networking, they provide a voice for their industry.  Now more than ever, this is key during uncertain times when nobody really knows where things are going.  It is more important than ever for our members to connect and benefit from the community that an association provides.

In our advisory role to Boards of Directors and committees, we are staying on top of the most current information affecting our industry and are working with industry partners and organizations to provide our clients with the best information to help manoeuvre through unchartered waters.

Base Consulting prides itself in our innovative approach to problem solving and thinking outside of the box.  Interesting times provide not only challenges, but opportunities for doing things in a different (and maybe better!) way.

Our staff is all working remotely and communicating throughout the day not only with our clients, but with each other.  It is not business as usual, but business in a new and different way!  Remote work means slower internet connections -Zoom, Web-Ex meetings for example which may freeze and be slower, but these tools are a way of staying connected. Quote of the day: “Have patience. All things are difficult before they become easy.” – Saadi
